bobs methods might be great for one shot things, but the real issue is, people want to filter out or just mute specific information they are emitting and in a permanent way without throwing out their personalities a person needs to be reprogrammed in a constant way or else they’ll fall back on auto pilot this is why substance addicts go back to it and also why people who lose weight get it back
