Chris Krueger TSC Training & Nutrition
Chris Krueger shows you how to develop speed and acceleration using the Krueger One-Hundred’s workout. Krueger 100′s are great for building anaerobic endurance and cardio conditioning.

Krueger 100′s tutorial. On a 100 yard grass course:
a. Start in a 3 point stance
b. Burst 40 yards at top speed
c. coast 20 yards
d. Reaccelerate and finish at top speed
f. Run through the finish line
e. Walk back to the starting line.
f. Pause for a moment
g. Get back in your 3 point stance and start again!
h. Repeat for a total of ten 100 yard runs.
i. The entire workout should only take 5-6 minutes

Speed ladder drills are great for developing speed, quickness, agility coordination and balance. It’s also very effective interval, anaerobic and cardiovascular training, which is great for burning fat and getting shredded.

Thnx Kruger another motivating video keep them coming please.. I’m 5″7 168 lbs not sure the per of my fat but I know i have to loose it and have not trained for a long time and now really determined to start, you think me focusing on my cardio in the mean time( 2-3 weeks cardio training ) is a good idea rather than start developing muscles like pumping up at the gym straight away? I hope my quest makes sense

if i had to get fit in 2 month….. what would u say i shuld do as in tme i train everyday and what additional workouts i culd do, nutrtions that i shuld it and what i shuldn’t eat, sme other tips that i shuld be aware of??? urgent: preparing for summer tme<— important tme for men and women

These are great… I’m getting wasted in 4th – 5th round of those at m current level of condition. In round 8, I simply can’t accelerate any more.

@MDSRockets No, not personally. Although I’ve seen super cardio destroy some people. It’s not your core though, it’s your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. They only way to improve is to keep doing it. CK.

Hey CK, do you ever puke doing this stuff, maybe when you were working to get back into shape after your injury? When I do a lot of sprint-type workouts, I almost always feel like I’m gonna puke. I think it may be related to a weak core… Any thoughts? Thanks.
